Thai Kitchen - O’Fallon: Authentic Thai Cuisine in O’Fallon, MO

UPDATE: Changing my rating based upon how the restaurant resolved the issue. In calling after the restaurant opened back up, they were very willing to make the situation correct. They offered to either remake the meal or give a full refund. They worked to resolve the issue, which we appreciated. I would leave less than a 1-star rating, if possible. To those who order your food online, be aware that they recently changed their hours to close at 2:30p; however, they lock the doors before that time and will leave ordered food on a counter. We showed up at 2:25p and knocked on the door and no one answered. Thai Kitchen is not a cheap place to eat. Essentially, they robbed me of $80, and that included a tip!! No one picked up the phone and there was no way to leave a message. They have insulated themselves to ensure they keep the money and not make the customer whole. It’s one thing to change your hours and not appropriately publicize it on their online order site, but it’s a complete other thing to close early and leave food out on the counter visible through the door, but no way to get to it. Buyer’s beware!

We are new to the area and checked this place out based on the ratings. It did NOT disappoint! Another patron recommended Kao Soi Curry Noodle Soup and it was so packed with flavor!! My husband loves Pad Thai so he ordered it, and it was also delicious. We will definitely be back!

Good food but be warned, spice level consistency is off. I ordered at a 4 level cause I like some heat and my coworker ordered at a 3. She couldn't finish it and it was way spicier then mine. Service is slow but they are always busy. If you are with a group they will charge extra for tip.

Lived in Thailand for two years and I can tell when food is authentic. This spot is as authentic as it can get in the Midwest. The flavors are on-spot with fresh ingredients and good serving size. Price is very reasonable too. Everything, from the food, to the service, to the ambience is amazing.

I wish I could offer a higher review then I am allowed. The service was remarkable, food was delicious, and location was very clean. Generous portion sizes for the price, and my beverage was always full. No wait for seating and do yourself a favor and order the papaya salad. I cannot wait to return to try more of their menu. The pineapple curry duck is another strongly recommended item!

Our server, Ben, did an amazing job. I had never had Thai food (crazy, I know) and he helped me choose a perfect option. I had the pad thai- delicious! My son devoured the Thai kitchen chicken and we had to take home most of my daughters pho because the portion was so generous. We will be back.

We love this restaurant. It is one of our weekly Go-Tos. Great service. Freshly made natural foods that are incredibly well-prepared. We have not ordered anything that we have not thoroughly enjoyed. And the decor in the back dining room gives it a great ambiance. We will continue to go back and highly recommend this restaurant!

The Thai Tea Bottle (16 oz) is the DIE for. It truly is mouthwatering. My husband and I will buy multiple bottles to take wih us on work roadtrips that we do every weekend. Don't miss your opportunity! Visit this place. The food is incredible too!
